Leadership is defined as a process of leading an organization or a group of people toward achieving a common objective. The leadership of an organization is the ability of the management to safeguard the company’s welfare by realizing its employee’s wants and the company’s targets by providing a safe working environment so that they can both achieve their goals and objectives. This paper is going to assess the role of leadership in achieving sustainable organizational change, the importance of organizational change, and how leadership works in Apple Inc.,

Leadership in an organization is very vital as it helps to establish its direction, develop a vision and the strategies that will help it in achieving the set goals and objectives, it also helps the organization in aligning employees with the direction of the organization. Important to note is that an organization’s leadership shapes the organization, that is to say, good leadership is equivalent to a successful company. No organization can pull through where there is no organized leadership. Organizational leadership may help an organization and its members face its challenges and develop measures on how to achieve their goals.
