1.0 INTRODUCTION
The most important social issue in a number of developing countries is the basic economic sector for both company and organisation management. The social concerns are a concerning issue regarding the performance and productivity of the companies and organisations in the economic sector. The system of economic performance includes services such as a good management which is responsible for executing the overall planning and administration of the business.
There are a number of constraints that an organisation may face most especially in developing countries such as the inexperienced administration and poor planning and management. Citing the literature titled “The Role of Culture in Comparative Management” by Anant R. Negandhi, S. Benjamin Prasad (1971), noted that culture is among the reason for such issues and also insufficient technology and communications system which imitate the interests and challenges of the people.
