This study is aimed at examining organizational behavior in organizations. Organizational behavior is defined as the examination of human behavior in an organization, the relations between people and the organization with the intention of understanding and predicting human behavior. For an organization to carry out its activities successfully, the teams, activities, and individuals must be highly organized. All organizations have managers who have the duty of getting things done by their team members. Organization in a business involves allocating work, arranging teams, and allocating power and recourses among the members of an organization to accomplish the aims and objectives of the organization.
