1.0 INTRODUCTION
Diversity management refers to an organizational effort that promotes a greater inclusion and recognition of employees with individual differences such as race, gender, age, background, and sexual orientation into an organization’s structure through implementing specific policies and programs. It is a strategy that is used for creating a diverse organization that takes steps to attract people from different backgrounds and enforce inclusive policies. In addition, diversity management can also be defined as the voluntary organizational actions intended to create inclusion of employees from various backgrounds into the recognized and informal organizational structures (Harvey & Allard, Citation2012).
This assignment is going to provide an analysis of Diversity and its Impact on Organizational Performance. The questions to be answered in this assignment are; what is the impact of diversity of management on the organization? How does workplace diversity management influence Organizational effectiveness? How does diversity in the organization improve organizational performance?
Diversity management is a system for managing and valuing diversity in the workplace. Diversity in a workplace can improve organizational effectiveness by facilitating unique and creative approaches to problem-solving, leading to better organizational performance.
